Prohibited actions include: using false/incomplete data, creating multiple accounts, transferring accounts, failing to safeguard login credentials, or engaging in unauthorized activities. You are responsible for all activities under your account and must notify us immediately of any breach. We may access third-party providers for verification but have no control over their data. Transmission of financial details (e.g., card info) online carries risks of hacking or fraud; we use secure processors but disclaim liability for such incidents. Prohibited users: residents of sanctioned jurisdictions, those barred by law from financial transactions, or individuals creating duplicate accounts.

6. Payment Features

The Site enables secure connections to payment gateways and service providers for transactions. By using these features, you consent to automated processing, including potential charges on registered payment methods, even if enrolled in Do Not Disturb (DND) for notifications.

7. Trial Transactions

New users may access a limited free trial transaction (e.g., up to 5 minutes of processing or a nominal amount) based on unique device ID or phone number. Payment service providers operate independently; we act as an intermediary and disclaim responsibility for transaction outcomes, accuracy, or disputes. You engage at your own discretion, and any issues must be directed to the relevant provider.

8. Site Content

All Content on the Site and linked pages is our private property. You must comply with these Terms when interacting. Prohibited: posting unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing material that violates laws or encourages liability. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data and disclaim liability for decisions based on Content. Service providers are responsible for their outputs; we do not endorse or control them.

10. Privacy Policy

Once a transaction is processed (e.g., funds transferred), no refunds are available. Refunds are considered only within 24 hours of initiation, subject to review, and may be denied. Cancel pending transactions within 1 hour via support. No refunds for technical issues, user errors (e.g., incorrect details), or unclaimed deliveries. Refunds, if approved, are pro-rata after deducting fees (e.g., gateway charges, taxes). For system errors (e.g., double debits), contact support; we refund excesses. We reserve the right to cancel orders for unavailability or errors, issuing refunds as applicable. Partial refunds to your wallet may apply for service quality issues (e.g., delays due to network), but not for transaction accuracy or market fluctuations.

13. User Obligations

You agree not to violate these Terms or applicable laws. Prohibited: posting harmful, infringing, or unlawful content; spamming; uploading malware; hacking; unauthorized access; reselling Services; or discriminating against users/providers. Provide genuine feedback; false complaints may lead to termination without refund. Report issues to support@payos.in within 48 hours. Violations may result in warnings, bans, or legal action. You must provide accurate banking details and ensure payment methods are authorized with sufficient funds.

14. Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Warranty

Services are provided "as is" without warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure Services; transaction results; or data accuracy. Content is informational only; consult professionals for financial decisions—reliance is at your risk. We disclaim liability for unauthorized access, data loss, or third-party actions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service. 20. Errors, Corrections, and Right to Modify or Discontinue Services

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration in Mumbai, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator appointed by us. The courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over non-arbitrable matters.
