Welcome to Payos.in, owned and operated by Payosphere Technologies Private Limited ("Payos", "we", "our", or "us"). These Astrologer Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Payos.in and all astrologers, consultants, tarot readers, numerologists, Vastu experts, and other spiritual advisors ("Astrologer", "You", or "Your") who register and provide services through the Payos.in platform.

By registering as an Astrologer on Payos.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

To become an Astrologer on Payos.in, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be legally competent to enter into a binding contract.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Possess adequate knowledge or experience in your declared field of expertise.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

Payos.in reserves the right to accept or reject any astrologer application at its sole discretion.

3. Registration and Verification

To provide services through Payos.in, you may be required to submit:

  • Full Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Email Address
  • Profile Photograph
  • Government-issued Identity Proof
  • PAN Card
  • Bank Account Details
  • Experience and Qualifications
  • Languages Known
  • Areas of Expertise

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate rejection or termination of your account.

4. Astrologer Responsibilities

As an Astrologer, you agree to:

  • Provide honest, respectful, and professional consultations.
  • Maintain accurate profile information.
  • Keep your availability updated.
  • Protect customer privacy and confidentiality.
  • Use the platform only for legitimate consultation purposes.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.

5. Professional Conduct

Astrologers shall not:

  • Use abusive, offensive, discriminatory, or threatening language.
  • Mislead customers by making false promises or guaranteed predictions.
  • Claim supernatural powers or guaranteed outcomes.
  • Encourage illegal or unethical activities.
  • Request payments outside the Payos.in platform.
  • Share personal contact details with customers to bypass the platform without prior authorization.
  • Misuse customer information for personal or commercial purposes.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

6. Consultations

Astrologers may provide services through features offered by Payos.in, including:

  • Chat Consultations
  • Audio Consultations
  • Video Consultations (where available)
  • Live Sessions
  • Astrology Reports
  • Numerology
  • Tarot Reading
  • Vastu Consultation
  • Palmistry
  • Other approved spiritual services

Consultations should be conducted professionally and within the scope of your expertise.

7. Payments and Payouts

Payos.in collects payments from customers and processes payouts to astrologers according to the platform's payout policy.

Payouts are subject to:

  • Successful completion of consultations.
  • Applicable platform commissions or service fees.
  • Verification of payment details.
  • Compliance with tax and legal requirements.

Payosphere Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to withhold or delay payouts in cases involving fraud, disputes, policy violations, or legal obligations.

8. Taxes

Astrologers are solely responsible for:

  • Payment of applicable income taxes.
  • GST registration and compliance, where applicable.
  • Any other statutory obligations arising from income earned through the platform.

Payos.in may deduct taxes at source if required by applicable law.

9. Customer Ratings and Reviews

Customers may rate and review consultations.

Astrologers agree that:

  • Reviews are part of maintaining service quality.
  • Manipulating ratings or posting fake reviews is prohibited.
  • Payos.in may remove reviews that violate platform policies.

10. Confidentiality

Astrologers must keep all customer information confidential.

You shall not:

  • Share customer information with third parties.
  • Record consultations without consent.
  • Use customer information for marketing outside the platform.
  • Contact customers outside the platform without authorization.

Confidentiality obligations continue even after your association with Payos.in ends.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, branding, trademarks, logos, graphics, and technology belong to Payosphere Technologies Private Limited or its licensors.

Astrologers may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any platform content without prior written permission.

12. Suspension and Termination

Payos.in may suspend or terminate an astrologer's account immediately if the astrologer:

  • Violates these Terms.
  • Provides false information.
  • Receives repeated verified customer complaints.
  • Engages in fraud or misconduct.
  • Violates applicable laws.
  • Attempts to bypass the platform's payment system.
  • Harms the reputation or security of Payos.in.

Termination may result in the cancellation of pending consultations and withholding of payments where permitted by law.

13. Disclaimer

Astrology is based on traditional beliefs, calculations, and interpretations.

Astrologers acknowledge that:

  • Predictions are opinions based on astrological principles.
  • No prediction can be guaranteed.
  • Consultations are intended for guidance, spiritual insight, educational, and entertainment purposes.
  • Customers should seek professional advice from qualified medical, legal, financial, or other experts where appropriate.

Astrologers shall not claim guaranteed results or certainty regarding future events.

14. Limitation of Liability

Payosphere Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Advice or opinions expressed by astrologers.
  • Disputes between astrologers and customers.
  • Loss of income due to technical interruptions.
  • Delays caused by internet or communication failures.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

The astrologer is solely responsible for the advice and services they provide.

15. Indemnification

The Astrologer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Payosphere Technologies Private Limited, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Breach of these Terms.
  • Negligence or misconduct.
  • Violation of applicable laws.
  • Infringement of third-party rights.
  • Advice or services provided through the platform.

16. Modification of Terms

Payosphere Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated Terms will be published on Payos.in. Continued use of the platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
